EULA - End User License Agreement

DocumentHub End-User Software License Agreement
You agree that your use of the DocumentHub Software signifies that you have read this License, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

1. DocumentHub is a shareware. The downloaded package is a full function version, but before registration, some limitation should be applied. You can distribute the downloaded unregistered copy of DocumentHub without any modification in any way but you cant distribute any of your registration name, registration code and other registration information or any crack program with it.

2. ENIACJIA SOFTWARE hereby grants you a non-exclusive, personal and limited license to install and use DocumentHub Software internally on a single computer at a time to view or interact with content, such as documents, media files, programs or applications, which access the DocumentHub Software. DocumentHub may not work with any content that are not authorized

3. This License does not allow the DocumentHub Software to exist on more than one computer at a time. You may make one copy of the DocumentHub Software in machine-readable form for backup purposes only. The backup copy must include all copyright information contained on the original.

4. You may not de-compile, reverse engineer, or disassemble DocumentHub Software. You may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sublicense, distribute, transmit, share (over a network or otherwise) or create derivative works based upon, DocumentHub Software. Except pursuant to an ENIACJIA SOFTWARE Distribution License Agreement, you may not distribute, transmit or share (over a network or otherwise), any DocumentHub software, in whole or part. You may not transfer your rights under this License.

5. All documents or content accessed through DocumentHub is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright law. This Agreement gives you no rights to such content. Dont use this software to distribute any data if you have no rights to do with it.

6. DocumentHub IS DISTRIBUTED AS IS. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

7. ENIACJIA SOFTWARE may, but is not required to, provide updates to the DocumentHub Software. The DocumentHub Software is designed to check such updates automatically. You may be notified and prompted to decide whether or not to update. ENIACJIA SOFTWARE may choose not to support DocumentHub Software that does not contain all available updates. The updates and the DocumentHub Software as so updated will be subject to all the terms and conditions of this License, or any additional License accompanying such updates. This License does not grant you any right to any enhancements or updates to the DocumentHub Software, nor any support services.

8. Other product and company names appearing in this product and materials are used for identification purposes only and may be trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective companies. Registered and unregistered trademarks used in this program are the exclusive property of their respective owners.

9. Your rights under this License shall terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this License. No notice shall be required from EniacJia software to effectuate such termination. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Web Driver Software.

10. Any comments or materials sent to ENIACJIA SOFTWARE including feedback data, such as questions, comments, suggestions, or the like regarding the Web Driver Software or any other products or programs of ENIACJIA SOFTWARE (collectively Feedback), shall be deemed to be non-confidential. ENIACJIA SOFTWARE shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Feedback and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, exhibit, display, transform, create derivative works and distribute the Feedback to others without limitation. Further, ENIACJIA SOFTWARE shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such Feedback for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing and marketing products incorporating such Feedback.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS LICENSE.
